FEES

Routine clinical sessions are 45 minutes of clinical time. This allows 15 minutes in between clients for the clinician to compile notes, reflect and prepare for the next client.

Generally, routine individual clinical assessment tends to take up to 3 sessions, with data often requested for collection by the client in between. Where longer individual assessments are indicated or required, please contact us to discuss this.

Family, expert witness, and organisational assessments vary in duration required - please ask about this when enquiring about these services.

Cancellation Policy

Whilst we understand that there are many valid reasons why clients may need to cancel their appointments at short notice, we still have to apply a cancellation policy as appointments cancelled with short notice incur costs to us and do not enable sufficient time to offer the slot to other clients.

We send clients full terms and conditions prior to the first session.

Our policy is as follows:

**Sessions cancelled with more than 2 full working days’ notice will not be charged a fee.

**Sessions cancelled with less than 2 full working days’ notice, and more than 1 working days’ notice will be subject to a fee of half price.

**Sessions that are not cancelled or attended or cancelled with less than 1 full working days’ notice will be charged at full price.

*Clients funded by medical insurance will be personally liable to pay session fees if the appointment is not cancelled within the above timescales or unattended.

*Clients being funded by medical insurance will be personally liable to pay session fees if medical insurance cover is withdrawn or declined.
